How do you generally work?
Once you send us the project specs we can provide accurate cost/time metrics. Upon approval, we can provide a formal proposal that will outline the milestones and the scope of the assignment. We manage the projects using various collaborative applications and bug tracking tools so that the project stays on schedule and the quality is top notch. Approximate prices are available on our pricing page.
How do you accept Payments?
Payments are received via Paypal. Wire transfers are also an option.
How do you stay in touch?
We can communicate via Phone, Email and IM.
Where are you located?
We are located in Kolkata which is situated in the state of West Bengal located in Eastern India.
Which time zone are you in and what are your normal working hours?
We are in the Indian Standard Time zone which is GMT +5.30 hours. We work from Mon – Fri, 10 am to 7.30 pm.
The time/effort estimate quoted for my project is higher than what I had assumed. Why is it so?
When we quote the no. of hours for a project it not only includes the development/coding time, it also inlcludes time we will spend communicating, the time spent explaining the project to the team members assigned to this project, time spent on communicating project progress, rectifying bugs, understanding any issues that crop up during development, closing the project and providing the client with the required source files, et all. |
