Diadem Technologies was formed out of the living room of its founders Hriday & Tushar Biyani as a small web development firm over 10 years back, when the term 'information super highway' and 'website construction' were practically unknown and web developers had achieved mythical status (some of them still do). Initially, our focus was to develop websites for clients within our city and across the country and we did a fairly good job in managing our local clients, some of which are still being served by us, till today.

However, towards the beginning of the new millennium and once the term 'outsourcing' and 'off-shoring' gained popularity and credibility in the minds of entrepreneurs worldwide, we realised that the time was ripe to offer our services across the globe. We had assumed that since we had adequate experience and expertise in web development, we believed wooing in clients globally for our services, should be a cakewalk, since every other person we knew seemed to be pulling in more business than they could handle! However, our experience was anything but that. For the first few years, we had to struggle to understand the complex and diverse requirements of prospective clients as their needs were sophisticated and they were considerably more tech savvy than our local clients. We had to figure out new technologies and applications and also make bargain basement quotes for projects, just so that we could prove our capabilities and build a portfolio.

Gradually, we were able to get a foothold in the global web development industry, thanks to the exceptional talent of skilled and committed team members and their zeal to outperform themselves with every project. However, as the outsourcing juggernaut continued to roll, the entire industry had to deal with a crippling shortage of skilled talent and we were no exception. Our innovative recruitment model, however, ensures that we pick the right talent who can work in tandem with our clients and our adherence to standards based web development and high quality programming services, ensures that our clients got the most mileage for the time and money which they invest in their online ventures.
